THE RE-WORKING OF THE BUDGET
In spite of everything, if a problem arises, the first thing to consider is the revision of the budget. To avoid that the problem escalates out of control, it is important that close attention be given to the budget, as soon as advance warning signs appear (See section « Advance warning signs ».).
Such a fine tuning of the budget may, in certain cases, resolve a problem that is only temporary, for example, an unforeseen major expense.
